After a review of leadership at XP, Mr Said will be giving up his responsibilities as Head of School so that he can focus on developing high quality learning expeditions across the Trust. This change will also allow Mr Said to focus on ensuring his crew make outstanding progress at GCSE and that they are fully supported in the lead up to their examinations in the summer. I will assume the responsibilities as Head of School as well as supporting XP East in my role as Executive Principal.
This change will take place with immediate effect. Thank you all for your continuing support.
