Please see below a copy of the letter that contains details for the Twickenham trip tomorrow. Please ensure your child has plenty of warm clothing, a packed lunch and some money for any other food/souvenirs . We will be leaving at 8am so please arrive around 7:50. We hope to arrive back between 9-10pm but will update you on the way home.

Re: Twickenham Trip Thursday December 6th 2018
I am writing to explain the finer details of the upcoming Twickenham trip on Thursday 6th December. Firstly, I would like to say thank you for supporting the trip – I am certain that the venue, the atmosphere and the elite players on show are going to be truly inspiring for your children.
Entrance to Twickenham is permitted from 11:00 am with the Women’s Varsity match starting at 11:30 and the Men’s match starting at 15:00. As such, to account for approximately a 4-hour drive, we will set off from school at 8:00 am. Please arrive for no later than 7:45. We will aim to return for between 9 – 10:00 pm. The students will be able to keep you informed of any changes to this time, due to traffic for example, via their own mobile phones or via the school phone.
Recommended kit to bring;
Day rucksack – (not hard-sided and not exceeding 40cm x 30cm x 30cm / 16” x 12” x 12”)
Packed lunch for a long day – 8:00 am – 10:00 pm – food will be available to buy on-site but will obviously be expensive.
Water
Cap/warm hat
Camera/Camera phone
Spending money – not excessive
Layered clothing to account for a cold day
