The Spanish team are excited to announce their first Fieldwork in this country, to York’s Chocolate Story, on Monday 9th May, to link with our current expedition about Hispanoamerica, child labour and Fairtrade. This is for GCSE students in Year 9, and will be within the normal school day timings. Students should bring a packed lunch (those receiving FSM will have a lunch provided by school), and a fully charged device. Please remember that packed lunches should be completely nut – free. We will be travelling by coach, but students will need comfortable clothes and shoes, for the short walk from the coach drop – off to the venue itself.
Students from both schools should meet on XP stairs at 8.45 in the morning, to meet their Spanish teachers and the Fieldwork staff, Mrs Watson and Mrs Burrows. More information will be revealed in Spanish sessions this week.
