The RDaSH vaccination team have been asked to return to schools to deliver phase 2 of the COVID programme to 12 -15 year olds. The dates of which are not confirmed but are to be arranged in the next few weeks. The vaccination team will return to school to administer second dose vaccines to students who are due or first vaccines to children who may have missed the vaccine, and students who have now turned 12.
Once we have confirmed the dates for vaccination in school, we will give out letters, consent forms and information leaflets, these will be distributed to those students aged 12 -15 (16-year-olds in year 11 can also be included).
