Crew SHA have been working together to explain how our time as Crew in Wales can translate to the classroom. We did this by thinking about what our Crew sounds like, feels like and looks like.
We then reflected personally on our HOWLS this week back in the classrooms of XP. We all gave examples of when and how we demonstrated these as well as thinking of ways we could improve.
