This is a reminder for all those students on Tuesday 26th January 2021 the Leaver Booster and Men-ACWY vaccinations will take place at XP East School. Timings as follows:
Year 9 09:00 – 10:30
Year 10 10:30 – 12:00
No individual timings are available for students. The students arrive within the time allocated for their Year group, as this is their bubble year in school. Please ensure you have sent the E-Form that was sent to your email address that you have registered with the school. The school cannot confirm if you sent the E-Form off as the E-Forms get forwarded to RDASH to account for vaccinations needed for the day.
