As we approach the end of the school flu vaccination programme, RDASH would like to remind families that there is still an opportunity for children who have not yet received their flu vaccine to attend one of the community health bus sessions.

The information below is for the FLU vaccine service, which is only for students who have not already had their flu vaccination.

If a parent wishes their child to attend, they will need to complete a consent form. To receive your school’s individual consent link, please call 03000 211 841 or 03000 211 840.
