Today we got to celebrate a pretty special milestone as a Crew, Arlo turning 16. One of the things I love most most about Crew is that it’s about so much more than school. It’s about belonging. knowing each other properly and being there for the moments that matter. Birthdays are definitely one of those moments.

We had chocolate chip muffins and played Arlos’ favourite song, plenty of laughs and quite possibly the most brilliantly personal birthday present ever, a blanket featuring Arlo and Sara. Besties.

Sixteen is a big one and it was lovely to spend it together.
