As a crew leader you develop a protectiveness over the students in your crew. The crew leader-crew member relationship has a different dynamic to the usual student-teacher one that develops. As such, you are extremely proud when you learn of how well students in your crew are doing and I am lucky enough to receive such notifications on very regular basis! Crew Webb were leading the way in our year group’s praise/conduct and HOWLS trackers before all of the COVID-19 madness and my students haven’t relented – even when faced with having to learn from home. 
I have already made reference to the consistency that Amber and Kyra show with their work completion and work standard. It’s astonishing and I have no doubt that it will serve them well once they are faced with their GCSE’s and beyond. Similarly, Henry and Sam are stepping up to the plate with a similar level of commitment being shown to their studies. Kyle and Henry actually received special mentions from their teachers last week due to the level of their work.
Keep it up crew Webb – strive for the high standards that you have set – all of you make me extremely proud.
