Hi,
There are a few changes to the silver practice hiking expedition that i would like to bring to your attention.
We will now be leaving school at approx 4pm on Thursday 6th September, after the normal school day. Therefore students should come to school in their usual clothes and will then change after school into expedition kit.
Students will not need expedition food for lunch on Thursday as they will have their normal lunch in school.
We will return to school on Saturday arriving no later than 5pm. Any changes to this time will be posted on the school website by myself or Mr ap Harri.
It is important that you update me of anything that may have changed to their medical / consent form that we need to be aware of that may have arisen over the summer holidays. Can I also remind you that any medication brought on expedition must be in its original packaging with their name and dose written on and have been recorded on their medical form. All medicines must be handed in to crew leaders on Thursday morning.
Can I also remind you that the Silver Assessed Hiking Expedition is on Thursday 11th October – Saturday 13th October.
