FXP Fashion Show

FXP has organised a fashion show for the 23rd September – please see details below. Tickets are on sale from the school office. Feel free to invite sisters, aunties, grandmas and friends. Refreshments will be available on the night.

All fund raised will go into our students education.

FXP Meeting tomorrow

The scheduled FXP meeting for tomorrow will not be taking place as planned but we do require helpers for making teas and coffees on the night of the Auction this Friday 10th June. Please could you let Julie Brewster know if you can help. The FXP money we raise on this evening will go towards equipment for the Duke of Edinburgh awards scheme.

Reading Volunteers.

We would like to invite parents / carers to come into school to help improve our students’ reading skills.

If you feel you are able to help and can offer some of your time, please email me at [email protected]

Please include the following details:

  • Name
  • Preferred method of contact (phone / text / email/ all)
  • Your child’s name and class
  • When you are available to help (e.g. time / day / weekly / ad hoc / if notice required)

You will then be asked to attend a small training session in order for us to guide and assist you in your volunteering. After attending this session you will then need to complete a DBS (CRB) application form. Once this has been approved we will be able to add you to our volunteers list.

Race Night Results

Many thanks to all who attended and contributed to the Friends of XP Race Night. We raised a grand total of £1000!!!

With the money raised we are looking to purchase a water boiler for future fundraisers and the rest will go towards student expeditions and the yearly Outward Bound

Yesterday’s Easter Tombola raised £108.35!! Thank you to all who took part.

A big thank you to Dunelm, Doncaster and The Co-op, Mexborough for donating lots of Easter eggs, and to all the parents for supporting FXP.
