Parent Governor Election

Your Parent Governor Election pack has been sent home with your child today.

The pack includes a letter explaining the election process, two yellow voting slips and two brown envelopes. Instructions on how to vote are included within the letter, detailing the use of the envelopes and how to return them to school.

The count will take place on Monday 17th November at 12.30pm. Can you please ensure your vote is returned to school prior to this, otherwise it will not be counted.

Staff Training Days 19th and 22nd Sept

Just a reminder that school will be closed to students on the 19th and 22nd September, as shown on our School Calendar. Any meals ordered and paid for the 19th will be credited to the following day or week.

Lunch for the w/c 29th September
– The menu will be available to view online as normal (between Friday 19th and Monday 22nd September).
– Please submit your order during this time for the following week.
– It can be paid for on the 23rd Sept.

Catch up Session

Dear Parents

I am proposing to run a short information session for parents who missed the Parents Information Evening earlier this month. I will be available from 5.30pm until 6.30pm on Tuesday 29 July, at the Keepmoat Stadium, to answer any questions and talk through some of the points of information raised at the previous meeting.The venue will be the Restaurant. If you can’t make the session don’t worry just check out the website under the tab, ‘Parents’ where all the information you need is posted.

Save the Date – May 12, 6.00pm until 7.30pm

To all parents and students who have secured a place at XP.images

As part of our transition programme to XP, we are hosting an important event on Monday 12 May (venue TBC) from 6.00pm to 7.30pm. During the evening staff will be presenting their learning to parents and students regarding an example of XP’s exciting curriculum, a specially prepared meal will be served and information regarding the next steps in the transition process will be provided.

We will hold four places per family but if you need additional places or you cannot attend, please contact the school on [email protected]. by noon on Monday 5 May and we will try and help out.

We are looking forward to seeing you all at this exciting event!
