This week in crew JNI we have been focusing on how we can work hard.
In our crew sessions we have discussed what working hard looks like in sessions and how we can make sure this happens by helping one another to reach our goals.
On Friday, crew members opened up about things they have struggled with this past week in sessions and as crew we looked at how we might address these to make sure that next week is even better! Crew shared important advise and strategies for maintaining high levels of focus to ensure we are the best version of ourselves that we can be.
