This last week has been a surreal time for everyone and especially for crew trying to get used to work from home. I have been so proud of how well Crew Tomlinson have adapted to this and supporting each other through this time, with words of support and also helping each other to complete work.
Today we completed our first video chat, crew were in high spirits, it was lovely to see everyone’s happy faces. Crew had a check in and then discussed any issues they were having and ways to help each other. We decided it would be a great way for crew members to take control of the crew session, with a possible game or topic to discuss so really looking forward to the next one!
