This week I have been regularly visiting Crew DPE in their sessions, to check on the strength of their character traits fresh from our experiences on Outward Bound in Wales. I was very pleased with what I saw! Whether I was in Crew, Hums or Steam, there were no passengers…..just my Crew working hard, getting smart and being kind to each other. Developing secure habits of work and learning, we are Crew DPE.
