We are all incredibly excited to be hosting your sons and daughters for their first day at XP on Tuesday.
A reminder that if you are dropping of your son or daughter, please park in car park 3 and come through the student gate at the south east corner of our grounds. Staff will be on hand to direct you. All year 6 students should arrive between 8.00am and 8.55am so that we can sign your son or daughter in for a 9.00am start.
The day finishes at 3.15pm. Although if you are able to, we would love it if you could join us from 2.50pm for our community meeting at the end of the day. Again please park in car park 3 and staff will direct you to our sports hall for the community meeting. This is when all Y6 students will ‘circle-up’ and reflect on the day’s experiences by talking about the activities and new friends that they may have made.
The community meeting starts at 2.50pm so we would appreciate it if you could arrive before 2.45pm so that you can take your place in our circle with your son or daughter for a prompt start for the community meeting.
As originally mentioned in the XP Induction Letter there will be a separate meeting at 3:30pm in our brand new Sports Hall. This is where we will give specific reminders and key details about the Outward Bound trip to Wales.
