Year 8 students will doing some active fieldwork around lakeside next week. Each student is being challenged to do as many laps of the lake as possible during one hour, on a method of transport of their choice, including walking or jogging.
Admiral are doing the challenge on Monday morning, and Skipper will do it on Wednesday (9th and 11th May respectively).
Students will need to come to school in appropriate clothing including being prepared for the weather, and equipped with anything they need such as skates, scooter or bike. Any student choosing any kind of wheeled transport must also bring a helmet.
We are asking each student to get sponsorship for the challenge too. Please see the attached letter.
